2009: Founder Li Zuguan entered the lighting industry in Guzhen Town, "China's Lighting Capital", starting with lighting sales and accessories trading, laying the foundation for industrial development. 

2010: Completed industrial and commercial registration, established Jiangmen Jianghai District Guangxing Lighting Co., Ltd. and settled in Jiangmen, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of LED outdoor guardrail tubes, and embarked on a professional production path. 

2011: Shifted strategic focus to the indoor lighting field, seized the industry opportunity of LED lighting replacing traditional light sources, and launched business structure optimization. 

2012: Deepened the LED indoor commercial lighting track, mass-produced core products such as LED ceiling lights, downlights, bulbs, and spotlights, and built a standardized product line matrix.

 2013: Relocated to Shunde, Foshan, a highland of manufacturing industry, renamed Foshan Guangxingzhou Lighting Co., Ltd., upgraded R&D and production systems, and focused on core technology research and large-scale manufacturing of LED commercial lighting. 

2014: Deepened the focus on core indoor commercial lighting business, optimized product performance and production efficiency, strengthened market channel layout, and enhanced competitiveness in segmented fields. 2015: Obtained domestic and foreign authoritative certifications such as ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, 3C Compulsory Certification (China Compulsory Certification), and CE Certification (EU Certification), officially launched OEM/ODM contract manufacturing services, and expanded diversified cooperation models. 

2016: Initiated omnichannel strategic layout: upgraded the new image of terminal brands, built flagship experience stores, prepared professional lighting experience centers, and simultaneously expanded overseas markets (products exported to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Japan and other regions). 

2017: Built an immersive lighting experience center, fully entered the segmented light color market, achieved an output value of 210 million yuan in the same year (140 million yuan in domestic sales and over 30 million yuan in exports), and was awarded "Annual Best Quality Supplier" by Hangzhou Delixi Group. 

2018: Product quality recognized by the official: LED track lights (model: GD-H504) and recessed lights (model: THD-304) passed the "dual-random" special supervision and inspection of lighting product quality in Guangdong Province and were listed on the red list of qualified products; Adapted to the trend of the industry's "post-lighting era", laid out the R&D of core technologies for smart lighting, and simultaneously explored innovative applications such as human-centric lighting and scenario-based control; Expanded overseas market territory, with products exported to new regions including Turkey and Bangladesh, and production capacity continued to expand (workshop area reached 17,000 square meters, with more than 400 employees).

 2019: Officially renamed Guangdong Guangxingzhou Lighting Co., Ltd., strengthened national brand layout, and simultaneously deepened smart lighting technology reserves to conform to the trend of cross-industry integration.

 2020: Focused on intelligent product R&D and professional contract manufacturing services, deeply adapted to the explosive growth demand of the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart home industries, and established a smart lighting technology R&D team. 

2021: Large-scale implementation of smart lighting ODM business, reached strategic cooperation with leading smart home brands, realizing compatibility between technical solutions and product ecosystems; Accelerated patent layout, added core patents in intelligent control and light efficiency optimization, with the cumulative number of patents exceeding 40, laying the foundation for the certification of high-tech enterprises; Built an IoT lighting technology platform, completed the R&D of core functions such as intelligent dimming and voice control, and products are compatible with mainstream smart ecosystems. 

2022: Completed the optimization and adjustment of equity structure, transformed into a wholly-owned enterprise by a natural person (100% owned by Li Zuguan), simplified decision-making processes, and focused on the implementation of core strategies.

 2023: Successfully recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, with more than 56 authorized patents (including 2 software copyrights), and its technological R&D strength obtained official certification; participated in bidding and tendering for key projects such as the library of Xinzhou No.2 Experimental Primary School, and expanded government and enterprise procurement channels. 

2024: Recognized as a Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise, deepened smart lighting R&D and supply chain collaboration, improved industrial chain layout, and strengthened vertical integration capabilities. 2025: Achieved breakthrough development in the smart lighting ODM model. With standardized technical solutions, stable production capacity and full-chain services, it has become a core participant in the domestic smart lighting contract manufacturing field, with the number of patents increasing to 60, and technological achievements continuously transformed into practical applications.
